KMDI Terms and Conditions
Health Declaration: Before your first class, complete the Pre-Exercise Health Questionnaire at www.kmdi.com.au/health. Medical clearance is required for conditions affected by training.
Ongoing Membership: Ongoing membership debits continue until you notify us otherwise.
Break/Cancelation Requests: Must be submitted exclusively through our online forms detailed below. Requests made via email, phone, or in person will not be processed.
30-Day Notice Period: We require 30 days notice for cancelations and breaks to take effect. Payments scheduled to occur during the 30 days notice period will be processed as usual.
Account Suspension: Suspend your account for 2 to 8 weeks with 30 days notice. Submit requests via our online form at www.kmdi.com.au/break. No fees for suspension.
Cancellation Policy: On “casual” memberships, you may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice using our online form at www.kmdi.com.au/quit. Requests via email, phone, or in-person are not accepted. If you opted for a membership with a minimum term, you may end your membership by paying 75% of the total value remaining to the term of your agreement.
Account Status for Changes: For any membership changes, including cancellations and suspensions, your account must not have a negative balance.
Private Training Cancellation: Provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel private classes, or the full fee will be charged.
Refund Policy: Payments for memberships and workshops are non-refundable. Class credits may be offered for personal or medical reasons at the discretion of KMDI.
Fees for Failed Transactions: Clients bear all costs of reversed transactions or unsuccessful debit attempts, including solicitor fees, collection agent fees, or charges by Ezidebit or their financial institutions.
Class Timetable Changes: KMDI reserves the right to alter class timetables. Stay informed via our mailing list, class announcements, and website updates.
