Set your kids for success with a healthy foundation. Designed to build strong athletic and personal skills that apply in and out of the gym, our Teens Programs help develop fitness, resilience, confidence and most importantly strength of character.

The First Class is Free. Come accompanied by a parent/guardian for your first trial class. You are not required to bring any special gear to your first class. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for fitness training. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to your first class in order to complete registration. Late arrivals, and participants who are not unaccompanied by a parent, will not be able to participate in a trial class.

[SELF DEFENCE]

We teach proven self defence techniques and tactics to help develop confidence for coping with confrontations, including bullying and unwanted approaches from strangers. Training is programmed to make the fitness component and techniques fun and engaging.

[LIFE SKILLS]

Krav Maga training aids in the development of confidence, self-discipline, focus, awareness and respect for ourselves and those around us. Developing these characteristics is a key element of the training and is important for successfully overcoming challenges in training as well as in life.

[EMPOWERMENT]

By Training Krav Maga we learn the power of determination and resilience. From time to time we get knocked down, but we always get back up fighting. Training improves our fitness levels and hones our ability to overcome obstacles both physical and mental.
