SHE FIGHTS BACK®
Fun & powerful self-defence classes for women only (age 16+). Learn how to safely counter common types of street attacks that are typically targeted at women.
Every Saturdays 1-2:30pm - First Class is FREE!

ISRAEL TRAINING CAMP
Train Krav Maga at its place of origin with Israel’s best instructors. 7 days of training and optional 2 days of touring Israel. Beginners welcome.

Our beginner program for Adults. We have created one of the most structured Krav Maga programs on the planet. In this program, you will learn the 22 core techniques… Learn more.

Krav Maga Advanced

Advanced Krav Maga
Work through all of Krav Maga 300+ techniques chapterised into 4 categories: combatives, defending weapons, grabs and holds, ground. (yellow belts and above).

Combatives / Ground Combatives
Work on your striking and conditioning in this class that focuses on movement, power and fitness through Krav Maga.

Sparring
Sparring with unique Krav Maga elements, scenarios and settings (yellow belts and above).

Our Krav Maga Teens Program is designed to build strong athletic and personal skills that apply in and out of the gym.
Our instructors focus on developing fitness, resilience, confidence and most importantly strength of character.
